The T90A-SE is a high-performance horn super tweeter based on the T90A with further sound quality improvements. It uses a ring-shaped aluminum alloy diaphragm and a low distortion Alnico internal magnetic circuit. The non-magnetic stainless steel horn and equalizer add clarity and penetrating musical expression. It can be used with a variety of speaker systems, including high-efficiency back-loaded horn speakers.
Features
Ring-shaped aluminum alloy diaphragm
An ultra-lightweight diaphragm made of hard aluminum alloy molded into a ring shape is used. The diaphragm has excellent transient and penetrating sound.
Low distortion Alnico internal magnetic circuit
Alnico magnets are used to provide high magnetic flux density in spite of its compact size. The surface of the pole piece is copper plated to reduce current distortion and achieve high sound quality.
Cylindrical horn and equalizer made of non-magnetic stainless steel
The T90A is equipped with a non-magnetic stainless steel horn and equalizer. stainless steel has approximately 3 times greater specific gravity and 27.5 times greater hardness than the aluminum used in the T90A, resulting in improved clarity and a beautiful sound.
Gold-plated terminals compatible with banana plugs & copper/silver alloy wire materials
Gold-plated terminals compatible with banana plugs are used for the input terminals. In addition, the internal wiring uses ultra-thick copper/silver alloy single wires of 1.4 mm in diameter to achieve high sound quality.
