BK83-Sol

The BK83-Sol is a back-loaded horn type speaker box exclusively for the FE83-Sol, allowing users to easily enjoy the excellent sound quality of the FE83-Sol, rich bass with a sense of scale, and music reproduction with a wide dynamic range. Assembly is easy: simply connect the speaker unit terminals to the internal wiring and attach the speaker unit with the included screws.

The speaker box consists of a back-loaded main unit and a stand that serves as the horn aperture. The bass amplified by the main unit is divided into two directions in the stand section and radiated from both sides of the stand. This creates a pyramid-shaped energy balance that delivers bass sound with a low center of gravity and a sense of scale. In addition, a composite cabinet made of linden plywood and MDF is used for the board material to reduce incidental sound while maintaining the strength and appropriate resonance required for a back-loaded horn, thus enabling reproduction of highly intelligible mid and high frequencies.

Parsimony orange/dark brown two-tone color coating

The back-loaded body is painted in persimmon orange to bring out the grain of the wood, and the stand is painted in dark brown, creating a two-tone speaker box finish.

Gold-plated terminals compatible with banana plugs and OFC concentric stranded wire are used for the input terminals. OFC same-core twisted wires are used for the internal wiring to reduce sound quality degradation from the input terminal to the speaker units.
