The P802-S has been upgraded from its predecessor, the P802-S, which offered high quality audio in a compact package. By redesigning the enclosure, the bass side of high-resolution sound extending up to 40 kHz has also been enhanced. The bottom bass-reflex system delivers rich bass in a compact body.
The P803-S’s bottom bass reflex system with insulator and base board offers a high degree of freedom in installation and reduces acoustic differences depending on the installation location.

The tweeter uses a UFLC soft dome diaphragm. This lightweight diaphragm has high internal loss, and its frequency response is sufficiently extended to the high frequency range of 40kHz, making it compatible with high-resolution audio.
The woofer cone paper is made of wood pulp with moderate rigidity and internal loss. The edges are made of urethane foam to provide sufficient bass characteristics for an 8cm aperture.
● A speaker grille is used to give the speaker unit a stately appearance and protect it from unexpected accidents.
