Features
This is a volume controller with DAC that supports optical digital input (S/P DIF). It can be connected to various AV devices such as TVs, game consoles, and DVD/BD players to improve sound quality and adjust volume.
The DAC supports up to 24bit/192kHz. High-resolution sound source input is also possible.
PCM format only; DolbyDigital, DTS, and other formats are not supported.
In addition to RCA pin terminals (L/R) for connecting active speakers, etc., a PHONES terminal is provided for connecting headphones or earphones. It can also be used as a headphone amplifier.
The volume control knob is machined from stainless steel and has a good operating feel due to its moderate weight.
The compact design of the unit does not get in the way on the desktop.
