EX-RT1
Remote Unit
A remote unit that can be attached to the DC-R302 portable recorder to enable start/stop recording of a digital SLR camera.
It is also compatible with cameras that could not be controlled by the DC-R302 alone.
Features
The DC-R302 can also be used with cameras that, due to their design, are difficult to detect when emitting infrared light from the DC-R302 itself (see below for compatible models).
The DSLR remote output terminal allows the camera to be controlled via a wired connection (see below for compatible models and optional remote cables).
The camera is equipped with an external wired remote input [REMOTE] terminal, allowing remote control via an external controller (compatible with the Panasonic DMW-RS1).
Infrared remote
Compatible with Canon camera models that are equipped with an infrared receiver on the main unit and capable of starting/stopping recording via infrared light.
Tested models: EOS 5Dmk3, EOS 5Dmk2, EOS 7D, EOS 60D, EOS 70D, EOS X5
Wired remote
Compatible with models equipped with a wired remote terminal and capable of starting/stopping recording via wired remote.

ET-RT1C] Canon: EOS 5Dmk3, EOS-1D X
ET-RT1N] Nikon 10-pin type: D800, D800E, D4
ET-RT1N2] Nikon 6-pin type: D7000, D600, D610
ET-RT1P] Panasonic: DMC-GH2, DMC-GH3
*The GH1/GH2 cannot use the external microphone input when using the remote due to camera specifications.
A dedicated remote cable ET-RT1 series is required for connection.
