Optional SN0.1 comes with rubber feet. It also improves sound quality.
Features
The essence of the PM series is condensed into a compact size. By combining the best balance of “sound (particular sound),” “design (shape),” and “style (compactness),” we aimed to create an audio environment in which music can fit comfortably into daily life.
The PM series embodies the same commitment to “wood” that is common throughout the PM series. A wooden enclosure was adopted to create natural resonance.
A 5.5cm glass fiber diaphragm full-range speaker is used. Clear sound quality is achieved.
The rear bass reflex system delivers heavy bass in a compact body. The speakers are also equipped with a boost magnet, which enables tight bass reproduction even at low volume levels.
If the input signal remains below a certain volume level for approximately 15 minutes, the auto-standby function operates to reduce power consumption to 0.5W or less, and returns to normal operation when the signal is input again.
Input terminals are equipped with RCA pins (×2). By connecting the included audio cable (RCA pin x 2 – stereo mini plug / 1.5m), connection to PCs, portable players and other devices equipped with stereo mini jacks is supported.
A 5W+5W amplifier is built into the active speaker (right side), and input/output, volume, and other controls are integrated for easy operation.

The left and right speakers make up one set, and the active speaker side is connected to the passive speaker side with the supplied speaker cable (1.5m).
By connecting with the PM-SUBmini 2 active subwoofer (sold separately), powerful bass for movie sound effects and live performances can be realized in a compact space.

The cabinet shape with an appropriate angle provides a comfortable sound field reproduction suitable for connection to a PC on a desktop.
The speakers can be used as audio monitors for DTM and DJ, as active speakers for PC audio, for powerful TV viewing, and for easy, high-quality music playback through connection to various portable players and smartphones.
Three grille colors are available: black, white, and gray. The color can be selected to match the connected devices and interior design.

Attention
Depending on the noise level of the device connected to the input terminals of the unit, the auto standby function may not operate properly.
If the volume of the playback device is set to a low level, the standby mode may be activated. In such cases, increasing the volume of the playback device may improve the problem.
