FAQ

Q
When I turn the power on and off, there is a "bopping" noise coming out of the speakers, is this a malfunction?
A

It is not a malfunction. It is caused by the effect of voltage fluctuation when the power supply is turned on and off, and the specification is within the range that does not damage the mounted speaker.

However, if the noise suddenly becomes louder during use, it may be a malfunction, so please contact our service department.

Q
If I plug in both INPUT A and INPUT B, what is the output?
A

If a plug is physically plugged into INPUT A (RCA pin jack), regardless of whether or not an audio signal is present, INPUT A has priority; if you wish to output audio from the INPUT B (stereo mini jack) side, INPUT A must be left unplugged.

Also, audio from INPUT A and INPUT B cannot be mixed and output.

If you wish to mix signals from two sound sources, please use the optional product ” PC-2LIVE “.

Q
The green light on the AC adapter does not go out for several minutes even after unplugging the AC adapter from the outlet, is this a malfunction?
A

There is a capacitor in the AC adapter that temporarily stores electricity to stabilize the power supply. Immediately after unplugging the AC adapter from the outlet, the green light will remain on because the capacitor is still accumulating electricity. The electricity stored in the capacitor is only temporary and cannot be held for a long time like a battery. After a few minutes, the electricity will naturally drain out and the LEDs will gradually turn off.
