The PM0.5n was developed using Fostex’s unique speaker technology. The PM0.5n is a compact professional studio monitor that can be used for a wide range of applications such as music production in a home studio and DTM with its rich musicality based on a high volume low frequency range.
The baffle on the front of the enclosure has a high-grade glossy finish, and the body design with a narrowed top emphasizes the compactness of the unit, giving it a stylish appearance.
The woofer has a diameter of 130 mm, a 20 mm soft dome tweeter, and a high-performance bi-amplified power amplifier (LF=35 W + HF=35 W).
The magnetically shielded design allows for close proximity installation to CRT displays on computers and TVs, making it suitable for a wide range of applications from personal recording to DTM, home theater playback, and more.
